FRENCH FARM CHICKEN GRILLED ON THE CHARCOAL BBQ
This French ‘poussin’ is of a rustic breed with slow growth and had more than enough space to search for 100% organic food. For 24 hours it is marinated in olive oil and fresh herbs, before it is grilled above charcoal. For this reason it has a unique taste which suits well the home brewed beers from our brewery.
